This leak was located in the slab underneath the kitchen sink cabinet. We accessed the base of the cabinet/wall and slab and abandoned the failed line in the slab and brought a new line up out of the slab. After repair was made we back-filled with concrete.
This drain leak was located in the living room/dining room underneath the wood floor. Once we opened up the concrete we found the cast iron drain line to be completely corroded and deteriorated. This job was 4 days and we went from the dining room into the kitchen and hallway area.
8 day project for a custom bathroom remodel and repiping job.
