He was very helpful. The plumber showed me the picture of the pipes when they opened the wall. And the owner was right on point. Thank you for your honesty and all your employees. The people who answer the phone's in the office are so patient. As you can see I'm very pleased with this company you will be to.

Accurate Leak Detectors were absolutely amazing in finding and locating a leak under the concrete slab. This problem was not going to be repairable without a complete demolition of the main floor. We cannot express enough gratitude to Tony Falco, the owner of Accurate Leak Locators, for coming to our rescue during a very challenging time. While on his vacation, and despite having titanium in his knees, Tony went above and beyond to help us when we were in desperate need. Our family was unable to use our shower and kitchen because of a severely clogged pipe, and other plumbers told us the only solution was to cut into the wall, which would have been both costly and invasive.
But not Tony. He showed up with determination, spending 1.5 hours working tirelessly to clear the pipe that everyone else had given up on. Thanks to Tony’s incredible skill and persistence, our problem was resolved without needing to damage our home, and he saved us from the financial strain of further repairs.
We were living on a limited budget, staying in a hotel while the issue persisted, and Tony’s quick action allowed us to return to our home without the burden of additional expenses. Tony, you truly saved our family, and we are forever grateful.

Accurate was the second leak detection company AAA called. The first company didn't find a leak, but it was there. Oscar told me he would find it, and he sure did. He was very personable and professional, explained everything as he did it, and showed me the leak on the wall scope. Good people. I highly recommend hiring them.

This company is nothing short of being rock stars in the plumbing world. Last night I knew my water heater had gone out and was leaking. I called their number and left a message and got an almost immediate call back with an appointment for this morning. They were running a little bit late but called me and then two teams showed up with the new water heater. After confirming it was needed they gave me the best Ever PRICE, and did the work impeccably using top rated water heater and then dealing with a small issue immediately after I noticed it by turning the truck around and coming back to handle it. Our toilets were almost ready to overflow and nothing was going down when we flushed. We were panicking so we called the company after hours because they said they’re 24 hours. We were quickly patched through to one of the staff supervisors, who then dispatched the crew out to our house immediately to unplug our drains.
